BF3 server

Hey all!

It's Hung - my origin account name is ratfart, and it was easier to just keep it. Most of you who have migrated to BF3 have friended me - but for those who have not, please do so.

we have a 64 man server up and running as of this morning. Sorry it's taken me so long to do, but I negotiated hard to get a good price.

right now, it's set as conquest, rotating caspian/grand bazaar / sharqi peninsula. i can/will set it to mixed mode, different maps, etc. I want to get an active group of players on there to get us some constant admin support and good turnout.

I will get basic admin to EF guys, but will be asking for paypal support for full admin rights for outside guys and/or new EF's. It's close to $70/month for the server, so it's a way for me to get a little support to offset the cost.

as they fix ventrilo / in game squad chat, etc. I'll update a voice server. right now there isn't one.

looking forward to input on maps, seeing guys on there. let's start to recruit again, as there's some great TWL matches, etc. now with these new tools.

Plus, for admins there's a cool iphone/android app that if someone calls for admin, you can get a ping, then slay/kick/ban the offender, change maps, etc. cool stuff that will help us be an awesome game host.

Is there a way to search for servers using the IP or maybe even connect to a server by using the IP alone??

I looked but couldn't find anything.

I put the link in the platoon page, and will try to add as a favorite so you could also find in my profile feed.

i'm not sure if we can search by IP. I search by game type - right now we're one of only a handful of 64 man TDM setups - kind of surprised we don't get volume purely because of that. but nobody likes an empty server.

i guess it's time to recruit!
