New Idea For PLatoons

In each idvividual platoon i thought maybe each general could put its members into squads and choose a squad leader, put players together based on what kits there good with that way for clan matches its all put together, Anyway i thought i would be a good step forward in geting more organized in game. Commander tells squad leader what to do and sqaud leader chooses kits for its players based on map and commanders orders. THoughts??

Yes , that and not all players are on at the same time which presents a bigger problem . I think once squads are formed ingame then the squad should discuss who uses what . Must have at least one medic and 1 support . Snipers should be placed at vantage points and Squad leaders should be hidden safely from gunfire . Object to a squad is utilize your players and keep squad leaders alive for spawnpoint !

Idk about getting it organized from platoon so id have to back CJ up in that point. And sometimes the squad wont be composed entirely of EF members, or gamers who understand english or would even WANT TO comply and take orders
